If it has no dip stick hole then you cannot fill it
the amount required has to be pumped in by the service center or a specialist transmission shop

SOURCE: transmission fluid level?

There is a 11mm plug on the passenger side of the trans near the axle shaft. Remove that with the car level, trans hot, and engine idling. Fluid should just come out of there when its full.

SOURCE: trans fluid on my 2004 srx

hello,
there is no dipstick the brilliant engineers made the transmission internal and you have to go under neath the car find the transmission and open up the fill plug if you unscrew the fill plug fluid should come out if not fill it with the right fluid also make sure you run it threw drive reverse and then neutral with the car running and then fill up the fluid in the transmission and on a level surface welcome to one of the night mares of owning a Cadillac as the car gets older the more you'll find out how great these cars really aren't.

SOURCE: Where do you add transmission fluid to a 2004 toyota tundra auto

You add Transmission fluid through the dipstick tube, you will need a small funnel, you can buy one at a local auto parts store.
With the engine warm and the truck in park and running, pull out dipstick, wipe it clean, replace, then pull out and check level.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

SOURCE: transmission fluid level check 02 jetta tdi auto

VW didn't put a "dipstick" on the trans for whatever reason. You technically have to use the VW Vag-Com scanner to properly check the trans fluid level as VW says it has to be checked at a specific temperature. But there is a "shade-tree" workaround. Start the car and leave the engine running the throughout the entire procedure. You have to get the trans fluid warm-a little under normal operating temp. 95F-104F is what you want-you can attain this after letting the car idle for 8 or so minutes. Continuing, leave the trans in park, and make sure you are on as level of a surface as possible. Then loosen the allen plug on the bottom of the trans pan. You will then see another plug. Remove this plug. Fluid should just trickle out of the hole if it is at the proper level. If it trickles out, you are good. If it doesn't you need to add fluid. Add VW spec ATF through the fill port. The fill port on the top front of the trans is capped off by a red cap and is very visible. Very carefully pry the cap off and then wiggle the plug out. I'd highly suggest having a spare red cap on hand-VW dealer has them. Then you can pour fluid into the trans. Add a little bit at at time, and all the while watching for the fluid to tricke out of the trans plug hole. When it trickles out, replace the inner plug and then the outer plug. That's it. Recheck after driving the car for a few miles. FYI- A flud and filter swap on the the VW auto trans takes 3 liters, so keep that in perspective. I hope this helps you out.

I replaced the trans in my 1991 ddge stealth es and trans fluid came out where do i putit back in at?

You add trans fluid through the trans dipstick tube (NOT the engine oil dipstick). Check your owners manual for the proper method to test the level, most cars lately you check the level with the trans fully warm, in Park, engine running, parked on a level surface. (Set the parking brake, block the wheels.) You will need a long funnel, available at any auto parts store. Do NOT overfill the transmission, as this will cause damage to it.
Use the correct type of trans fluid, check your owners manual.

Where do I topup the auto transmission fluid

The dipstick for you car is the only thing I cannot remember. It will be to the back part of the motor and there is 2 in the engine bay.Its the one that is most probably towards the side.To check the trans oil level you warm the car up,park it and put the gears through all the gears and end up in nuetral. Now check the level. If it needs fluid, you fill it through the dipstick tube.SlowlyThe trans fluid bottles that you buy come with a tube to help fill the trans.Hope this helps

1998 honda passport auto transmission slips

CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID TO SEE IF IT IS LOW. THERE SHOULD BE A COLD LEVEL AND A HOT LEVEL. WITH THE TRANS IN PARK AND HOT, ENGINE RUNNING PULL THE DIPSTICK TO SEE IF THE TRANS NEEDS FLUID. WHEN ADDING, MAKE SURE THE PROPER FLUID IS USED. IF THE TRANS FLUID LEVEL IS OK BUT THE TRANS FLUID SMELLS BURNED OR IS VERY DARK THEN HAVE THE TRANSMISSION SERVICED WITH FLUID AND FILTER. I HOPE THIS HELPS. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA AND FOR ANY COMMENTS. BEST OF LUCK

Checking fluid in transmission

There is no dipstick on a manual transmission. On a manual tranny, you check the fluid by pulling the fill plug on the side of the transmission. The fluid is supposed to be even with the bottom of the fill plug hole. Gently stuck your finger in there and on a fully serviced trans. you will feel the fluid on your finger tip. On an auto transmission the dipstick is on the passenger side near the exhaust manifold close to the firewall. Also you fill the trans thru the dipstick. Make sure you use the proper fluid and the correct amount.22

I need to find where to add transmision fluid 2000 vette

Is it a manual or automatic trans? If it's auto trans, there will be a dipstick tube near the firewall on the passenger side. You fill the trans through the dipstick tube with a funnel.Careful not to overfill. If it's a manual trans, there will be a plug halfway up the side of the trans.Remove the plug & fill till it starts to leak out the plug hole.Be sure to use the recommended fluid in either case.Good luck,
