Disconnect the horn wiring at the horn. Check for voltage at the horn when the horn 'button' is pushed. If there is voltage at the horn, the problem is the horn has died. Remove and replace. No voltage at the horn is most likely related to the horn 'button' but could be wiring. Could also be corroded connections at the horn wiring.
Just had to replace the horn on a 2011 Chevy.
A 1930 Model A horn still works though.

Cynthia, you haven't supplied much information as to the problem ..

If the horn doesn't work, first check the wiring connection to the horn.

If that is okay - replace the horn.

It's unlikely to be the horn button in the car at fault

when the horn isn`t working can you hear the horn relay clicking in the dash.if so then the horn is the problem or you have a bad/dirty connection at the horn itself.

Did you check the fuse for the horn ? Engine compartment fuse panel, fuse #7, 20A

You can pull the horn relay, and jumper the normally open contacts to see if the fuse, horn and grounds for the horn are in working order ( this operates the horn without needing to use the horn button ).
The Horn relay is a half size Ford ISO relay in the engine compartment fuse panel ( check your owners manual to locate relay 206 ).

The horn location is on the radiator support.

check fuse and also check the wire going to the horn and check the inside of the horn too and check the ground
