Have the system checked for a draw as this will cause the battery to go flat. you don`t say but have you had the charging system checked.

SOURCE: 4 alternator replacements in 4 years 1996 maxima

Has anyone looked at the connectors to the alternator? I remember these types of stories from work, alternator after alternator, found 2 things to be the problem, one is the connector to the alternator was defective, makes a poor connection and destroys the new alternator, the other is very poor quality rebuilds from Kragen, Auto Zone and the like, use a factory rebuild, they cost more but they are just as good as a new one.

SOURCE: new battery, new alternator, new starter. Battery

Something is draining the battery most likly a short somewhere in the electrical system. You will need to have it looked at by the garage to find the short A temporary or cheaper solution may be to disconnect the battery when not using the car. You can either fit a switch inside the car or physically disconnect it at the battery.

SOURCE: my car keeps cutting off and the battery and alternator are fine

I would return to the installer of the remote starter and ask them to remove it. Then see if the problems go away and I'll bet they do.

Alternater wont charge battery and fusable link on starter keeps burning

Bad voltage regulator. Usually built-into alternator.
Start car and unplug battery, if it dies your alternator is dead. Get new alternator. If car keeps running, get a voltmeter and check voltage coming through - should be higher than 12v but less than 18v. Any other number means your voltage regulator is dead, cheaper to get a new alternator.

hello, it sounds like the alternator is the problem, most auto parts stores can check the alternator/charging system at no charge without removing it from the truck, I'm sure you will find that the alternator needs to be replaced.

ITS EITHER ALTERNATOR OR ALTERNATOR WIRES BROKEN OR DAMAGED.IF ALTERNATOR WIRES LOOKS OKAY.I WOULD REPLACE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY CABLES.WHEN BATTERY LIGHT COMES ON ALTERNATOR IS NOT CHARGING BATTERY.REPLACING BATTERY TWICE A YEAR IS CHARGING PROBLEM.ALTERNATOR NOT DOING ITS JOB.IF YOU BUY ANOTHER ALTERNATOR BUY CORRECT AMP ALTERNATOR BUY WHAT FACTORY PUT IN.
