Using a belt removal tool or equivalent, you must move the belt tensioner to loosen the belt tension and remove the belt. Using the diagram underhood to re-route the new belt position it on the pulleys as per the diagram, ensuring it is properly seated on all grooved pulleys. Then release the release the force applied to the belt tensioner to re-tighten the new belt. If you don't have a diagram underhood, here is what Autozone says it should be.
