The enhanced ignition system used on all OBD II engines somewhat resembles the current distributor ignition (DI) system described in the ignition systems. yes it could be , if ecm fuse is good ,some trucks have 2 ecm fuse same panel , crank sensor will also cause this problem

Just to add to the previous post. The blower motor resistor is under the hood on the passenger side behind the battery.

it can be in one of 3 places on the pump in the filter or on the fuel injector rail if the filter has 3 lines on it then it is in the filter if it is on the fuel injector rail it is inside the intake but it is more than likely on the pump
