Your vehicle has 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The turn signal flasher relay is located on the drivers side, under the dash, mounted on the drivers (Left) side of the steering column. The hazard flasher is mounted on top of the steering column. Do not get them mixed up.
if the signals stopped working, ( yet they light up, just don't flash) then its not a fuse you need, its a flasher unit, the flasher is a 3 prong, square unit that is located just above the emergency break pedal on the inside face of the lower dash panel. To replace this flasher you should start by removing the 2, 9/32" bolt head retaining screws holding the black access panel just above the break pedal. Lay down on your back and look up inside the dash. You may find the round hazard flasher high just above your head, this is not it. Stick you hand up along the panel in front of the emergency break pedal just behind the trunk release button. Locate with your hand a 2 inch long square relay box and move it to unhook it from it's clip. (If the flasher is the factory flasher it will have a metal clip retaining it under the dash. Your new part will not have this clip.) Route the old flasher and wire down so that it hangs from under the dash. Now you can see it and disconnect it. There are multiple connectors, but only three of them line-up and actually have metal receptors inside the socket. Take note of the removal of the flasher so you are not confused during reinstallation. I think the other connectors are for additional features not needed in the US. Take the part to the parts store or just replace with new one. Relocate the flasher safely up in the dash in relatively the same place and make sure it won't move around. return the black panel to its position above the break pedal and replace the 2, 9/32" retaining screws. Delco part #3548813
It's probably the turn signal flasher. It is usually located under the dash along with the hazard light flasher. If you don't know what it looks like, then go to a parts store and look at a new one. Once you have located one, then remove it. Try the hazard flashers. If they work, then replace that flasher with a new one. If they don't, then reinstall that flasher and look for another one like it. When you find one, replace it with the new flasher and try the turn signals. (remember : the key must be on for the turn signals to operate). I hope this information helps you and thank you for using Fixya.com.
you don`t say but do the lights work either on the front/back on both sides.if not then it may be a fuse that needs replacing or need a bulb replacement.if the lights work but don`t flash then it sounds like a signal flasher problem.the flasher is located in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if the hazard flashers work then turn them on to find the hazard flasher by the fuse panel then you will know what the signal flasher looks like and change the signal flasher.make sure you change the one for the signals and not the hazard one.if the hazards work then i would say the signal switch is good as the hazards work through the same switch.
the hazard lights use a different flasher(relay)then the signal lights.you don`t say if the signals work on one side or not,you should check the fuses for the signal lights in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if you put the hazards on and find the flasher then you will know what the signal flasher will look like,it is on the fuse panel and replace they should work.
you need to check to see which bulbs don`t work both front and back lights for the signal on the side it`s not working, you don`t say if any signals work or not if no signals work then you need to check the fuses under the dash on the driver`s side.now if it`s just one side then check the lights as mentioned above.if one isn`t then replace the bulb.if neither bulb is working then it sounds like the signal flasher is not working.turn on the hazard flashers and check the lights front and back.if all bulbs work then leave the hazards on and look under the dash for the flasher that is making the noise, this will show what the signal flasher will look like, then find the signal flasher on the fuse panel under the dash it should be located on the fuse panel.and replace
Try replacing light bulbs and flasher which may correct the turn signals. Check all fuses, however as for the speedometer, the plastic clogs or wheels have run their course, If you intend to replace these, suggest you purchase a repair manual for your vehicle.
