What is causing trouble code po 354 on the code reader?

A P0354 code means that the ignition coil or coils are not functioning properly and that there is an electrical problem with them. The ignition coils are responsible for properly igniting the air-fuel mixture in the engine's combustion chambers. If a vehicle has a P0354 code stored, it will not be able to ignite that mixture with the correct timing, and the engine will run roughly and/or stall.

Check for applicable trouble codes? Where I live some of the national brand auto stores will check po codes for free. You could use an obd2 code reader to check codes?
The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum leak. How long since a tune-up?

Are you using an OBD-II reader? As I mentioned to a prior person with code issues, my code reader and the codes per Chilton/Haynes manual all have PO followed by 3 digits as the code configuration. Also, my code reader gives the code and then the cause.

code p0438 refers to cat converter temperature sensor bank 2--high input===causes ---wiring short to positive---cat converter temperature sensor---ECM
replace the sensor and check that the wiring is in good condition.

well idk if you kno the code already or not but my obd2 reader book says is a generic po code and that it is Turbocharger boost sensor a circuit malfunction....not sure wut that means exactly tho, sorry
