The anti-theft system has to be reset and it may fix the door locks. but it could be a BCM problem with the door locks.

Apparently this is a recall matter and will be fixed at no charge. KIA Consumer Assistance Center 1-800-333-4542. Recall notices were to go out in May/June 2009.

check oil level, there is a sensor in the engine sump, if low on oil the immo protects the engine and the engine wont start
