It doesn't have a body control module. There are individual modules for each door, a power seat module, heated seat module, power inverter module, etc...... What system are you having trouble with?

I recently had the same issue, but my airbag warning lights also turned on. If this is the case, it might be the clockspring. There is a recall on clocksprings for Caravans 1998 - 2000 I believe. I got it replaced for free in the dealership. Enter your VIN in this site and it will tell you if you are covered in the free replacement warranty.

Hope this helps.

Your P0700 code needs to be addressed right away. This signifies a problem with the solenoid pack, which is an external part that can be fixed for around $200 if you do it yourself, $300 if you take it somewhere. But a bad solenoid pack can mess up the whole tranny resulting in a total rebuild, which runs anywhere from $1200 to $2000 depending on where you go.
Your P1770 error is a Clutch Solenoid Circuit Malfunction. Definitely sounds like you have a solenoid problem. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for ranking my response and for using FixYa!
SOURCE: 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan need to know where relay
the cooling fan relay is not in the fuse box.
it is a solid state relay bolted to the radiator core support just behind the bumper
SOURCE: changing the body control module of a Dodge
it is above the fuse box, but it must be programmed, so if you replace it the car won't start, might as well have the dealer do it.
