This is a classic ABS problem. Either the pump or the ABS controller. But as it is causing the brake pedal to push back you should get it seen by a qualified mechanic and DON'T drive it until it is fixed.
It's your exhaust mounts or broken exhaust bolts. It does it in drive st idle n under load because the motor is sitting in rubber mounts made to dampen vibration. Therefore the motor tilts to the left in reverse pulling the exhaust away from your under carraige, and to the right in drive causing the loose exhaust to vibrate against something. Check your heat shields also. They fall apart n do the same noise. Piece of cake.
Does it make this noise every time you push in on the clutch, or just when coasting? If it always makes noise when you push in the clutch, it could be the throw out bearing. But if only coasting and not when turning left a little, then a front wheel bearing is more likely. The brake will also wear faster, get hotter, feel a little spongy at first hit, and the brake pedal will vibrate if the wheel bearing is going. But if it is a wheel bearing, you can wait until it is worse.
Sounds like you have warped rotors and or a lose caliper mounting bolt . When you stop do you feel a vibration in the brake peddle or in the steering wheel or both ? IF you feel the pulsation in the brake peddle I would suspect a brake pad / brake rotor problem . Now if you do not feel it in either and the vibration is through the whole car with out the brakes being applied i would think it may be related to and engine/drive line problem (motor mount /trans mount /axle problem)
Sounds like you will have to bleed your brakes again, but thats not the problem og hard brake peddle, need to check your power brake booster, sit right in back of master cylinder, check make sure it has vacum going to it, also to test it with engine off, press on brake peddle three time, then state engine with foot on peddle, peddle should go down a few inches, also with engine of peddle should feel soft for three pumps, if you have none of this , power brake booster is bad.
open the hood have someone u trust sit in the car and put it in drive holding the break with it in gear tap the throttle quick if the engine looks like it wants to jump out its a mount issue granted it will move about 3-4 inches if there ok anything more you have a problem try it in both (D) and (R)
