My car stuck in 2nd gear and dont want to move to any of the other gears what can i do too solve the problem

remove the gear lever tower from the top of the box and see why the 2nd gear selector will not move. It may be a jammed dedent ball between the rails or a problem with the selector fork

i will assume that your car have an automatic transmission and to say the least your clutch is experiencing what we called sliding an experienced mechanic can help you solved the problem personally.

does the clutch push normally or is the linkage broken not disengaging clutch, and then does shifter move around or locked and wont move, loose linkage in shifter or gears are jammed inside transmission and something went, if shifter wont move at all then trans is jammed inside and needs repair.

Either a broken linkage or selector problem inside g/box.

how do u know its 2nd gear, has the cable snapped that controls the gear change.
if not try tensioning it, if no joy another transmission

slave cylinder is starting to stick try having fluid flushed first but you may need a slve cylinder

Your link broke off. What might have happened is the car got stuck in 1st, and when you shifted to second, the link broke. Not too clued up on your car, but you probably need to drop the gearbox. On some cars you can take out the shifter without having to drop the box and still see if the link is broken. Good luck
