SOURCE: Rear air conditioning

The rear fan fuse is located in the engine compartment on the drivers side to the bottom right of the master cylinder there is a black cover, its right in there it should be a 30 amp fuse, if you flip the fuse cover it will tell you where it is. hope it helps, but if it blown look into the fan or the switch, it blew because of a reason.

SOURCE: E150 Ford van fuel pump, new, but still not

Instructions
1
Turn off the engine and place the
transmission
gear selector lever in the "P" position. Depress the parking brake and open the hood.
2
Locate the under-hood relay center containing the fuel pump relay. It is on the right side of the engine compartment, between the
brake fluid reservoir and the battery.
3
Remove the cover from the relay center and look at the diagram on the reverse side. Note the location of the fuel pump relay.
4
Remove the fuel pump relay by hand using a rocking/pulling motion

I have a 1999 ford e-150 conversion van, driver side speakers work fine, passenger side speakers olny work when I put I the shifter in reverse gear

"There could be an issue with the wiring of your passenger-side speakers. When you put the gear shift in reverse, your van may have a safety feature that disables the radio or makes only the passenger-side speakers work so that you can hear the reverse signal.

You could check if there's any blown fuse in your van's audio system, as there could be some sort of protection that limits the

There could also be an issue with your van's audio amplifier, which may not be functioning properly and may need to be checked or replaced.

I NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR A 1992 E-150 ECONOLINE CONVERSION VAN, MODEL TMC. I KNOW THAT FORD MANUFACTURERS THE CHASIS AND THEN SENDS THE VANS TO ELKHART, INDIANA TO INSTALL THE CONVERSION PACKAGES.

The diagram is the same for any e-150. The conversion manufacturer adds their harness to the van. If you are having trouble with anything that came from ford, the factory wiring diagram will work. If you have issues with interior lighting or other add on wiring, a lot of those just have to be traced out manually. Usually there is an add on fuse for additional circuits. I've found these fuses tucked into hidden compartments in various places.

I have a 1994 Ford E-150 Conversion Van. It has a

57k miles on a '94, nice...
The transmission should be able to handle a 500lb load and a 500lb tow, you really shouldnt hardly even notice the weight unless you going up some steep grades.
as far as what to look at before going on a long trip, diffenetly get a oil change if you havent in 1500'ish miles (or get one on the road when you get closer to the recommended mileage of 3k miles, which you should hit easy enough on a 11 hour drive to your destination) Perhaps plugs and wires if you havent had at least 1 tune up since driving off the lot. all your fluids, bulbs, fuses(bring extra fuses with you), at least 1 spare tire, tire pressure(35-42psi), and anything else that is general maintance that needs to be done also.
Other then that, you should be fine... Just dont forget to check the gas gauge once in awhile, and she shouldnt die on the way :P
