Remove the 2 6 mm bolts that attach the bumper to the front corner of the fender. Remove the 2 6 mm nuts that attach the bumper to the frame in the front of the car. Remove the 4 6mm bolts securing the grill. Gently remove the bumper from the front of the car.You could take your car to a mechanic or to the dealership to take off the bumpers on your car and to repair the bumpers.
There are some steps that help you to easily remove Front Bumper :
1. Open the hood of your car.
2 . Look under the edge of the front of the car at the end of the bumper.
Pull the plastic shield down out of the way if it doesn't come off completely. Reach behind the bumper at each corner and you should find a bolt holding the corner of the bumper to the car. Remove these bolts. The bumper should come off.

Front bumper removal is quite easy. To start with there is 4 10mm bolts one by each headlamp ( with the bonnet open) remov them. There is 3 T30 screws that hold the under tray to the subframe and there is also a small corner trim that is on the bumper side of the front wheel arch here is 3 T30 screws holding them on on each side. Finally remove the front wheel arch lining so you can get acsess to the inside of the bumper. You will then see a 10mm bolt towards the top of the bumper that is reversed to you. Remove then the bumper should then just pull away.
Becareful not to damage the fog lamp harness upon removal
Note the radio security code, then disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the bolt from the lower part of the bumper just in front of the wheel opening, and remove the self-tapping screw from the rear most portion of the bumper at the forward portion of the front wheel well.
On V6 Odyssey models, perform the following:
Remove the grille.
Remove the pins and clips from the lower front of the bumper.
On 4-cylinder Odyssey models, remove the bolts from the left and right side lower brackets for the bumper at the ends of the lower air intake.
Pull the ends of the bumper outward.
Have an assistant help guide the bumper up and away from the vehicle.
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
Removal
1. Remove the radiator grille.
2. Remove the left-hand front wheel.
3. Detach the fender splash shield from the bumper cover and fender (both sides).
4. Remove the air cleaner intake pipe retaining clip.
5. Detach the air cleaner intake pipe from the air cleaner housing.
1 Rotate the pipe clockwise.
2 Detach the pipe.
6. Detach the bumper cover from the fender and support bracket (both sides).
7. Remove the left-hand side bumper retaining nut.
8. Remove the right-hand side bumper retaining nut.
9. Remove the bumper.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
The procedure is very involved.It requires the removal of the front bumper fascia fasteners from the center and side of the
headlamp to be removed.
Remove the front bumper fascia fasteners from the center
and side of the headlamp to be removed, full removal of the fascia is
not necessary. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
Gently pull the fascia forward to allow clearance to remove the headlamp assembly.
You will also need to remove some of the fasteners at the front of the inner wheel well.
The Front Bumper Fascia is the plastic cover over your front bumper.
You may also have to remove the plastic cover that is located under the front of the hood over the radiator.It extends to both sides.
