How do I get my 2006 Saturn ion idle to relearn?

Seriously?! I know this is liek 7 years old, but c'mon!!! How helpful is that answer. I created and account JUST because there are so many lame responses on this site it is ridiculous!! If you cant answer the question properly then why even answer? TRY using a scan tool?! RESET the ECM?! There are so many things wrong here its a joke! Not all scan tools and do a relearn procedure. Not all cars even have this capability, pretty sure saturns dont. Reseting the ECM is not a relearn procedure, its a great way to fail your emissions test though!! Because you'll have tdrive the car for over 200 miles to get all the data back that you'll need to pass the test! Again, your 'answer' is a bit pathetic to say the least.
