What would make the power windows and the radio stop working on my 2006 Lincoln Town Car and i have power to the Radio and all the fuses check outok

must be a fuse, check the large 60 amp + fuse under hood as well as the internal fuse box lower dash drivers side

check the adjustment under the clutch and brake pedals If the rubber stops are a bit dodgy then the pedal will not activate/deactivate the controls for the cruise.

It can be faulty radio amp or radio control fuse is blown out.Check voltage at radio wires.You should get 12 volts.

Check you fuses at both the inside fuse box and the underhood fuse and relay box near the battery, use a 12 volt test light with the key turned to run.
