Did you disconnect the battery when you replaced 'de clutch plate'.
Did you check the sensor was connected properly? How did you clean this particular sensor? MAF spray, shake and air dry, or did you clean it with a wire brush and break it?
It depends on how violent the jerking is? Could be as simple as a plug &/or lead breaking down or as complicated as a fuel delivery problem. Sorry not much help, but I don't have much to go on..
Try disconnecting the battery black cable for 5 minutes to reset the idle speed. Also make sure you don't have an issue with air trapped in the cooling system, did you bleed the air out?
turn off ignition key - press and hold the mode button - turn on ignition key while holding the mode button - wait 3 sec it will turn off automatically
