Does a 2003 Saturn Vue have overdrive?

Recently acquired. Runs fine but it seems that the engine runs too fast for the relative speed eg. at 65MPH the tach shows about 3000RPM, whereas my other vehicles larger and smaller show about 2000 to 2500RPM

2003 Saturn LW200 won't idle runs fine as long as you have your foot on the gas. No engine light coming on so don't know if it is a sensor. Any ideas.

Only things that would cause that are, most likely, the Idle Air controller, the Throttle Position sensor, or possibly a vacuum leak. If it continues, you will get a check engine light eventually.

I have an 2003 Vue 2.2 5 speed 400,000kms NO START turns over

If the timing chain is ok, You may see it, looking through the oil filler cap? May be just flooded, hold the gas pedal to the floor and try to start it.
