Sounds like you may need a latch adjustment - however to get by:
use bar soap - open the hatch - look for areas of contact/rubbing - don't wet the soap - rub it on the areas you see that contact and try to get some also on the striker (body side). You may even see where the trouble area is by the rub marks.
(by the way - bar soap works awesome on your doors in the house - same technique - look for the rub marks and apply)
Let me know if this works for you
Hi, I'm AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair in St Charles Mo
If you can move the lock actuator with screw driver, then the actuator is no locked up so I'd have to say that your key cylinder is locked up and will not turn. FIRST, try lubing the cylinder with a spray lube and if that doesn't work then you'll need to either rebuild OR replace the lock cylinder. If you need further assistance click here: Auto Repair

SOURCE: fuse location for cruise control on a 2000 dodge caravan
The cruise has no dedicated fuse, you will most likely be looking to replace the clockspring rotating contact located under the steering wheel which connects the switches in the steering wheel (horn, cruise and air-bag) to the rest of the electrical system.
SOURCE: Driver side window wont roll up
Power windows I take it, I would say you have a broken operating cable, costly repair because you have to buy the whole winder unit but they can sometimes be repaired with a little patience and invetiveness, I have repaired several (Crown Vic, Ford Probe and Mercury Maquis) using modified bike brake and gear shift cables.
