first you have to remove dead plugs on door handle and remove screws another screw on door opening handle and you have to disconnect 2 metal pins behind that and look all around the door panel sides and under should have several rivets make sure no any screw and rivets left on door panel pull door panel foward and pull it up dont go too hard dont damage door panel conections for proper reinstallation. before removing door panel from the door dont forget disconnect cable connections from window and door lock switches.good luck
most likely the inner door handle has a broken hooking tab for the rod to the latch plate.most door panels are held in place with a few screws around the door pull handle and arm rest than most of the sides and bottom of the door panel are held by plastic snap clips. with a large straight blade screw driver start at a corner of the door panel , slide the blade of the screw driver under the edge of the panel and lightly pry out untill you lossen up one of the clips than slide along the screw driver to the next clip , keep going till the panel is lossened up.
You will have to get into the rear from inside the car and remove the
rear hatch panel from the inside, then you will have access to the
linkage in the door and operate it manualy. If the rear hatch does not
operate with the remote(if it has power door locks) you might need an
lock accuator.
