That sounds normal. There would be specifications for it that you should check, but that sounds pretty normal. The specs probably show a pressure for idle at normal operating temperature, and another figure at a specified engine rpm. Or it may just have one spec at a certain rpm.
Remove panel slide forwardd look for any loose connectors or pinched ribbon cables. Use electronic spray cleaner on any connectors that appear loose the reseat to circuit board
a bit more info required , does the security system lock the doors as well ? is it operated by a fob that you press a button on ?if the doors uasually lock/unlock and this isn't happening as well as the non starting i would first change the battery in the operating fob as this is a common cause and easily overlooked, keep me posted if you wish
have the egr systen checked out. it sounds like yours does not operate fully and that is the reason of the engine stalling out when the temp gets to the normal range
Make sure the radiator pressure cap is the correct one and that the hose is not soft--check the lower hose and heater hoses for softness as well. They should be firm, but not hard or cracking. The temperature sensor is reporting normal operating temperature, so it and the thermostat are working correctly (hot water would blow out of the radiator if it were stuck). Check the cooling fan for free turning and no noise. Check it's grounding connection. Check the fuse box for blown fuses to the fan and to the A/C compressor. Make sure all the relays and fuses are firmly pressed into their sockets. Check the A/C compressor clutch winding for resistance--should not read infinity. Does the blower motor for the heater/A/C run when either is turned on? The A/C switch on the dash may be defective.
Are you sure its not an engine overheating issue Maybe have a faulty eng temp sensor.Sounds like engine is tightening up Considering what youve replaced ICan you check power supply to starter when its tight?
