Are you talking about hvac blower motor or radiator fan? https://postimg.org/image/ee2vtkfmt/
Click on the link, for radiator fan, you can see the fuses.
you should check fuses first if its been working good then i would dought if fuse jumped OUT of fuse box , there is a fan relay also , could be bad . swap out relay with a good one see if it works. you can also check temp sensor that tells fans to come on . good luck .
A lot of this could have contributed to the radiator not working.. and you have already mentioned some of them. it could be the fuse or the relay or the wiring of the fan or the fan itself..
the fuse issue is easy to fix. identify the fuse box, open the lid and look on the inside for the specific fuse for the fan on the schematic there.
replace the fuse with a spare..
If the fan still does not work, approach your mechanic to check any of the other causes of the fan not working..
Need to inform you of the implications of using you car with the radiator fan not working... Over heating has grave consequences pay attention to the gauge..... fix problem as soon as possible.
Probably the radiator fan motor or a fuse blown that operates the motor. Check fuses and then check the radiator motor to see if it is good. Also, sometimes the fans themselves need replacing.
Check the fluid level in the radiator - after it cools down !
It sounds like you should replace the temperature sensor that controls the fan. This is usually located in the radiator and has electrical wires connected to it. Trace the wires from the radiator fan ( not the air conditioner fan!) to the sensor.
If the radiator is aluminum you may need special anti-freeze to prevent damage.
