Fuel reset buttons are usually under passenger kick-panels on the side. Follow fuel lines from engine back and should be able to spot the location as well.

This means the Traction Control System has kicked on. Your wheels
lost traction and it has actived. You can turn your TCS off by hitting
the button and then it will stay lit. The Acura automatically resets
this system to ON whenever you start your car so to turn it off you
will have to keep pushing the button to off
there is no reset, often when the fuel tank is run low allot it fry's the electric fuel pump (it is cooled by the fuel it sets in), u are going to have to replace the fuel pump, it is in the gas tank.
