While driving the cruise kicked out

Most likely a body control module problem or water leaking into a controller. Wiggle lock switches just to make sure one of them are not sticking. If it is a bad body control module, it probably has to be set up and programmed by a dealer.

The rear doors will not lock with the keyless remote, the drivers master switch
SOURCE: Cruise control hard to engage and then kicks out at any time.
Until you rectify the fault DO NOT DRIVE WITH CC ENGAGED FOR ANY REASON!
3 possible causes off the top of my head.
1. Defective Dash Control switch.
2.All CC devices are over ridden by the Brake system.
Have you got a defective BRAKE LIGHT switch
3. Dirty or Burned Circuit fuse.
Best of luck in your endevours.

You need to remove the carpet on the passengers side and check the wireing harness, take off the tape and visually inspect it.You are likely to find broken splices ,bare wires or wires shorted to each other or to ground.

Had a similar problem, found the tailgate was not closed all the way. Close the tailgate real hard and then lock with the key fob.
