Check that you installed the bearings /bushes in the swing arm correctly. check that they may be inserted from the inside to prevent metal to metal contact during operation of the arm with the mount

Looking at the illustration the bearing is not pushed in enough.

SOURCE: Vt250F Swing arm bearings need replacing

You need to tap the old races out with a large hammer and a drift. A steel chisel works, a punch with a flat end works better. Position the punch or chisel on the visible edge from the opposite side and hit it firmly. Move your device to the opposite edge and hit it again. You don't want to drive only one side out, twisting the race. It needs to be driven fairly evenly, close to straight out. Rarely, you have to cut the race out, if you must do that I would use a rotary tool with a cutting disc.

SOURCE: Will 190/0x17 tire clear the chain, swing arm, etc. on a GSF 1200

depends on the make of tyre whether u will have clearance or not. U should b aware that 190s r not made to run on 5.5 inch rims and doing so stuffs up the tyres profile and will adversely effect the handling.

Replace rear wiper assembly

The wiper arm has a cover on the left end that pops up after gently spreading the two bottom sides apart. That allows the arm to swing out for cleaning the window or replacing the blade.
The wiper blade assembly attaches to the end of the arm . It is pressed in and will pop out with a little force rotating the left side away from the arm. It pops back in with a little push. The arm remains attached to the rotating shaft assembly.
I believe you can then replace just the rubber blade and not the whole blade assembly, if that is your fancy.

Ive got a knocking noise comin from the rear passenger side of my car

It is likely that you have worn rubber bushing in one or more of the suspension control arms, check them all. Also check for loose suspension bolts on all control arms. Have you checked the free play of the wheel?

Ac blowing hot air on passenger side only

If you only need the A/C to work (at least for now) on the passenger side, remove the panel from below the glovebox. It requires, I think, a 7 or 8 mm socket. Once this is down you will see a little white, plastic arm hooked to a threaded, metal shaft. Manually push the shaft and plastic arm toward the driver's side of the vehicle and cold air (if the system is, in fact working properly) will miraculously come from the passenger side.
You can take a plastic tie-wrap and secure the arm in this position as long as is desired in order to obtain the desired result, but of course, me-says go to your nearby mechanic and have him replace the programmer (it is a bit costly, but if your LeSabre is in any decent condition it is worth the investment).

Steady noise from rear wheels (or possibly left side only) when driving

It is the rear bearing. I replaced driverside 1 year ago and then the passenger side 6 months ago. Looks like water entered the sealed bearing and there is rust. It is a common problem! Dealer was out of stock so I bought the part at NAPA ...little cheaper. You need some skill to replace it. If you want to attempt it I can describe it more! Its about a 500 buck repair at the dealer.

I am not sure what secquence you used when bleeding the air from the lines. But just to give you a little help if your not sure. Start at the back left, rear passenger side, next= rear right, rear drivers side, then passenger side front, and lastly drivers side front. Also ckeck and make sure all fittings are tight before moving on to the next.

Control arm and stabilizer bar

It would probably be a good idea to just replace all the bushings while youre at it. car has a few miles on it and there may be a noticeable differance from one side to the other in terms of handling if you just do one side. Just do it now and get it over with.
