Fuse or relay can be under dash by left calf, in back of glove compartment, under a plastic cover in the engine compartment or on the sides of the dash board(even the passenger side) only visible when the door is open. These are all of the hiding spots. Check the index of you car owners manual.

signal flasher is located under dash drivers side left of steering collum , I gave you both just incase you ever need it .
YOU HAVE FUSE RELAY BOX IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT NEAR THE BATTERY AND YOU HAVE FUSE PANEL UNDER THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DASH.FUSE RELAY COVER SHOULD HAVE FUSE RELAY LOCATIONS OR LOOK IN OWNERS MANUAL IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT.
i looked it up and from the picture, it looks like the fuse box is below the drivers dash, on the left side behind a wall panel near the floor next to the black foot rest thing. try and look there
LOOK IN OWNERS MANUAL IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT.LOOK IN BACK INDEX OF MANUAL IT WILL TELL YOU LOCATION IT WILL SHOW AND TELL YOU ALL THE FUSE AND RELAYS LOCATIONS.
Look in the fuse box - this is usually located under the dash on the driver side, just to the left and right above floorboard or left of steering column under dash - they have also been located in the glove compartment - there should also be a relay for this under the dash (black box near battery) - on the inside of both the fuse panel and the relay box, there will be a diagram of which you can use to locate the fuse and relay.

IF IT IS THE DIGITAL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER YOU CAN CHECK FUSES BUT MOST OF THE TIME IT IS THE POWER SUPPLY MODULE UNDER CENT OD DASH.. LITTLE TO THE LEFT OF CENTER... SILVER BOX....THEN GET ONE FROM JUNK YARD... FUSE BOX EITHER UNDER LEFT SIDE OF DASH. OR ON SOME ODD MODELS LOOK IN GLOVE BOX COMPARTMENT
look in the glove compartment on left hand side should be a little door. if not it would be under the dash board by the brake peddle. if not there, look under the hood for the relay.
