I start out driving good until i reach 45 miles per hour then my truck starts to shake until i get above 50 miles per hour or it'll shake when i hit a bump in the road.

Check wheel balance,
check steering linkages for loosness - such as tie rod ends, steering rack linkages etc,
check driveline for worn/loose joints and bearings.
