The codes should be addressed in the order they show up, so starting with the P0443 (it's a zero not an o after the P, the P refers to a powertrain code).
Have you replaced the purge valve itself, often times this will rectify the trouble.Open the gas cap after driving a while , do you hear a "whoosh" of pressure release? If so likely the valve itself is defective.Replace it reset the MIL and drive to see if light comes back on, if it does ,rescan to see if 443 is still present, if not then move on to new first trouble code.
(fyi)
To cause a P0443, there has to be a problem with the purge control CIRCUIT, not necessarily the valve. Usually they are a unit housing the valve and the solenoid as an assembly. Or it could be comprised of a separate solenoid with vacuum lines to a purge valve. That said, it could be any of the following: Bad purge solenoid (internal short or open) Wiring harness chafing or rubbing another component causing short or open on control circuit Connector worn, broken or shorted due to water intrusion

P0443

Quote:
P0443 - EVAP Control System Canister Purge Valve Circuit Malfunction The PCM monitors the state of the EVAP canister purge valve circuit output driver. The test fails when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum limit for the commanded state. VPWR circuit open
EVAP canister purge valve circuit shorted to GND
Damaged EVAP canister purge valve
EVAP canister purge valve circuit open
EVAP canister purge valve circuit shorted to VPWR
Damaged PCM
To verify normal function, monitor the EVAP canister purge valve signal PID EVAPPDC (or EVMV for electronic valve) and the signal voltage (PCM control side). With the valve closed, EVAPPDC will indicate 0% duty cycle (0 mA for EVMV) and the voltage approximately equal to battery voltage. When the valve is commanded fully open, EVAPPDC will indicate 100% duty cycle (1000 mA for EVMV) and a voltage drop of 3 volts minimum is normal. Output test mode may be used to switch output ON/OFF to verify function.

p1453

Quote:
P1451 - EVAP Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction Monitors the canister vent (CV) solenoid circuit for an electrical failure. The test fails when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum allowable calibrated parameters for a specified canister vent duty cycle by PCM command. VPWR circuit open
CV solenoid circuit shorted to PWR GND or CHASSIS GND
Damaged CV solenoid
CV solenoid circuit open
CV solenoid circuit shorted to VPWR
Damaged PCM
To verify normal function, monitor the EVAP canister vent solenoid signal PID EVAPCV and the signal voltage (PCM control side). With the valve open, EVAPCV will indicate 0% duty cycle and the voltage approximately equal to battery voltage. When the valve is commanded fully closed, EVAPCV will indicate 100% duty cycle and a voltage drop of 4 volts minimum is normal. Output test mode may be used to switch output ON/OFF to verify function.

p0135

Quote:
P0135 - HO2S Sensor Circuit Malfunction (HO2S-11) During testing the HO2S Heaters are checked for opens/shorts and excessive current draw. The test fails when current draw exceeds a calibrated limit and/or an open or short is detected. Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S.
Water in harness connector.
Open VPWR circuit.
Open GND circuit.
Low battery voltage.
Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
Damaged HO2S heater.
Damaged PCM.

SOURCE: Check engine light comes on. p0171 and p0351 codes found

From Lusty Kid:

I know the economy is bad, but change all of the plugs. Check your PCV Valve hose, 150 rottens them out allowing air to be sucked in, thus all kinds of codes.

Depending on mileage. Dismount the EGR valve and clean passages. If you are really good dismount the throtle position sensor body and clean out passages with Choke Cleaner., dismount where the EGR valves connects to the engine, clean out passages. Also check the hose thats behind this mounting to ensure is not clogged. If clogged clean it out. If not replace it. Is about 1.5 ft. long, connects to the PCV Valve Hose.

When is the last time you change your harness. Can't remember??? Replace it. Good Luck

SOURCE: locating vacuum canister and testing it

The purge solenoid should be in the hard plastic vent lines that run under the tube between the intake and the air filter, ablove the transmission, it is common for vibration holes to be worn in the hard plastic tubes causing a vacuum leak. The purge solenoid is small and it has an electric wire coming from it. I 'think' your canister is in the front lower left corner under the hood, you may have to remove splash shields to see it. The problem is most likely in the hard plastic lines at the solenoid. Let me know if this helps.

I have a 2003 ford escape 3.L and a code came up as po443 my unerstanding it is my egr valve and the solinide is this correct or did i purchas the propper parts for this code

P0443 FORD - EVAP Purge Control Circuit Possible causes Faulty Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Purge Solenoid Control Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Purge Solenoid Control harness is open or shorted Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Purge Solenoid Control circuit poor electrical connection What does this mean? When is the code detected? - An improper voltage signal is sent to ECM through the valve. Possible symptoms Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) P0443 Ford Description The Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) canister purge volume control solenoid valve uses a ON/OFF duty to control the flow rate of fuel vapor from the EVAP canister. The EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve is moved by ON/OFF pulses from the ECM. The longer the ON pulse, the greater the amount of fuel vapor that will flow through the valve.

I have 3 codes , po400, po443 & po135 have very low gas milage w/surging

PO135 is your EGR valve, P0400 = EGR Vacuum Leak, (EGR valve may need replacing, or may just have a hole somewhere in the EGR vacuum line ..
PO435 = Air Canister Purge. ( possible water in your air canister needs to be drained).

Code po443

code p0443 refers to EVAP canister purge valve--circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---EVAP canister purge valve--ECM

code p0451 refers to EVAP pressure sensor --range/performance problem===causes --EVAP pressure sensor

code p0135 refers to heated oxygen sensor(HO2S) 1 bank 1 heater control --circuit malfunction===causes --fuse--wiring--HO2S ---ecm

basically the HO2S sensor is not stable and altering the air/fuel mixture settings for the ECM and this is not being helped by a faulty EVAP purge valve and pressure sensor.
