2002 Honda Accord makes loud exhaust sounding noise

The O2 sensor could have come loose, also look around the area of the O2 sensor for any cracks in the pipe, look for black coloring on the pipe, this will indicate the leak area. As exhaust smoke is blackish and will coat the leaking area.

Alarm keeps going on and off

More than likely, the sonic sensor has too much sensitivity, and some low level vibrations, such as exhaust noise from nearby cars/ trucks, thunder OR animals going under the car, might set it off. If you have the PRESTIGE alarm, the alarm box on the left kicker panel, has an adjusting screw for the sensitivity. If other brand, it probably has a way to adjust it as well. If it was a problem with doors/ trunk sensor, it would set off as soon as the alarm is armed, so i dont think this is your case.

2006 toyota solara, alarm keeps going off

Those cars have a frequency sensor that is attuned to the exact sound frequency of breaking glass. Are there any noises nearby that resemble glass shattering? Wind chimes? Any type of extraneous noise at the freq of glass breakage will set off the alarm.
