I can not get it to unlock and open all the other locks work but the rear one!
As the same with a trunk lock a foriegn object can can get in between the lock and latch. Lucky for you and even better if the back seats folds down you have an easier access. Now crawl into the rear taking with you a 2 screw drivers, pliers and needle nose pliers. look for something stuck in between the door and the jam if so try to pull it out. If you don't see anything try this, get one person to put key in door and another to push the electric lock while you push on door. If that doesn't work you'll have to rake the door panel apart be carefull not to break the plastic after 11 years it does become fragile. once inside the door try to release it manually the cable may have broken

The easy part is you just need the latch for the liftgate. The hard part is getting to it and opening the liftgate to replace the latch. You should be able to pull the liftgate trim off most of the way with the gate closed and try to manually actuate the latch to open the gate. You may have to go so far as breaking the latch from the inside to open the gate and then replace your latch.
SOURCE: power hatch release quit working
Most likely the latch itself went bad. You can disconect it at the connector and have someone work the latch, while you check it with a 12 volt tester to see if the power is coming back to the latch. If it is, the latch will need to be replaced.
SOURCE: My rear hatch will not
Sorry, I don't have the data now..... but. Some hatches have a manual release on the inside. There might be a small plate near the door center that you can remove and open the hatch with a screwdriver.
but...I'm not sure tho about your car.
