Doors lock when I reach 10mph, but toggle door lock on passenger side toggles back to unlock within seconds. Passenger door is unlocked when the engine is off. Back doors are fine.
Check door contacts...If dirty or broken.. other problem could be a power control module. aka bcm
These are known for actuator issues. A short circuit in the actuator can/will cause a short cycle issue. Best way to tell is with a test light backprobing the sense wire and duplicate the issue. this will tell you if you are getting a feedback signal from the drivers door module or if it is the actuator itself
If the door locks properly, it is not the actuator. It's only function is to lock or unlock the door. Something is sending a signal for it to unlock. Just like if you try to lock it with the keys in the ignition, it automatically unlocks. Maybe read through the locking options in the owner's manual.

more than likely the door lock actuator is bad the multiplex unit sends a signal to the actuator to lock or unlock
SOURCE: automatic door locks will not work
Probably the door actuator - a part inside the door that activates the lock, particularly if neither the interior lock switch or the remote do not lock the door. Once the doors lock the horn will beep again - the lack of beep indicates the vehicle is not secure.

sounds like the main acculator in the drivers door has gone bad have it replaced it should solve your problem.
SOURCE: My 2003 Honda CRV ...drivers side door does not
you may need to replace the door locking actuator, they do tend to go bad over times. does the driver side door lock automatic when using the lock button on the driver side. if you can lock and unlock the driver side door with a switch, my guess would not be the locking actuator, it might be in the remote locking module.
Testimonial: "Thanks for the help. everything relates back to the actuator.."
SOURCE: Doors not locking (but unlocking is okay).
The only time my doors don't lock with the remote is when a door is open. If your problem is mechanical it wouldn't unlock. Might be a sensor thinking a door is open. Does the other functions with the remote work like rolling the windows down or hitting the lock button flashes the light ? I can't lock my doors from the inside with the remote.
