I took my car to jiffy lube, 2004 dogde stratus, 2.4 l , to get my 02 sensor replaced. Now my ingine light is on the code was PO420. I wonder now if he kept my new sensor and never replaced it with the new one. When i took it to autozone to check my ingine light they say its my catalystic converter. My converter might be operating below efficiency, or below threshold. Should i take my car to the dodge dealer for a engine diagnostic? I dont no what to do. I need some help please. Thank you any advice is greatly appriciated.

Alot of times an in effective catalyst code and an O2 sensor code can be set from an engine vacuum leak. Engine sensors can not see a vacuum leak, but they can tell when an engine is running lean and associate it with the emission system. My suggestion is to have your mechanic look for a bad vacuum hose or elbow.

2004 Dodge Stratus Sedan. engine light stays on,

Take the vehicle to any auto parts store that offers to read the fault codes with a scanner for free and find out what that code is. If it shows Upstream or Downstream O2 sensor replace the O2 Sensor. There is a catch, dodge had an issue in the 2000 - 2004. The ECM will show a fault code that indicates the Catalytic converter is faulty. This is actually a faulty Downstream O2 Sensor. If you get a Catalytic converter fault code replace the O2 sensor first if you still have the problem then replace the converter.

Had oil change and the oil light keep coming on, the guy at jiffy lube told me that the light needs to be reset, is he right?

Yes he is right. HE should know how to reset it as well. Consult your owners manual for your cars procedure. It is fairly easy. (push a button for 5sec. e.g.)

Sensors went bad, at 60 k miles, is this covered in warranty

you need to take the vehicle to a real mechanic. Jiffy lube employes are not mechanics. Change your oil at jiffy lube and get mechanical work done at a reputable auto dealer or mechanic shop.
