I have a 2002 ford focus zx3 manual transmission. I drove it in to work fine, tried to start it and dash lights wont come on, starter wont turn, windows wont work, but I have power. I tried to check relays and fuses first and they're all good. Could it be the ignition switch?

I have a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 manual transmission. The steering wheel is stuck and the key won't go all the way in and turn the ignition. I change the passenger side power mirror and this happen. What can I do?
i honestly am guessing, can you turn key to the left from vertical or right from vertical,if so one (left or right)is to lock trunk so you can give your keys to valet parkers....
obviously the ignition..or ignition interupt...is it manual trans..?....look for switch at top of clutch peddle..(car wont start unless in neutral or clutch engaged)
