Auto tailgate warning light is on dash board but tailgate closed.

I have a similar problem, my tailgate stopped working with the outside handle and the remote but can be opened manually from the inside. I don't have an alarm so there is no problem with that but did you get a solution for the tailgate problem that I could try?

Drivers door will not lock or unlock with the remote

Not sure, could be anything from a dead batt. inside the remote. To a bad relay, blown fuse, bad module, or wiring problem. Please give as much specific info as possible. The more you state (what you've tried, done, or changed) can help narrow it down to what wrong. If the remote works on the pass. side door then its not the remote. Let me know, thanks.

Condensation inside car (Mitsubishi Lancer 1.6 Equippe 4dr)

You might want to check to see if your heater core, which is located under the dash and inside the car, is not leaking. Look to see if you have a wet rug on the passenger side. If it is not leaking then try turning you vent knob to outside air and not recirculating.
