The code is 0562 meaning a low voltage in the system but even with a fully charged battery the truck will not turn over. How can I fix this?

Possible causes-- Low battery charge
- Battery defective
- Loose or missing alternator drive belt
- Faulty alternator
- Open or short system voltage circuit

Start by checking battery voltage.

A lot of Chrysler products have the voltage regulator in the computer. I would check the charging system wiring first for poor connections and if nothing else is found there is nothing else for you to do but change it.

For us the code was from a corroded battery connection. We cleaned up the positive and the check engine light went away.

Why does my code p0562 show as permanent? Check engine light came on & had it tested. Had 3 codes.. battery tested as bad so got nee battery. Check engine light went off. still have p0562 PPERMANENT

code p 0562 refers to system voltage --low causes --- wiring--poor connections ---battery -- alternator
also refers to ECM power relay control---circuit open causes wiring-- ECM relay
take it in to an accredited auto electrician and have the charging system checked out
could be a faulty voltage regulator , alternator or ECM relay

When I first got the code p0882 it told me that transmission solenoid need to be replace because when I drive it was fine until I got ready to go over 40

code p 0882 refers to transmission control module (TCM)--power input signal low === causes ---wiring, short to ground ---TCM
what ever solenoid that was replaced would not fix that code so it would have involved moving wires that improved the problem
code p 0700 refers to transmission control system/MIL---malfunction=== causes -- wiring --- TCM
code p 0562 refers to system voltage-- low === causes wiring ---poor connection---battery--- alternator
it also refers to --ECM power relay control---circuit open===causes ---wiring -- ECM relay
the first 2 codes could be influenced by the last one so have the an accredited auto electrician check the charging system and ECM relay and then check/ replace the TCM if the wiring is good

I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan What do the codes p077 and p0562 mean? and how do i fix it ?

The first code 77 is not valid. The other one is low system voltage. This could be a bad connection, bad battery, bad alternator and it could be causing the other code. Get the battery and alternator tested first. Then you need to use a meter to check connections from the fuse boxes.

I have a 2005 dodge grand carvan What do the codes p0700 and p0562 mean? and how do i fix it ?

P0700 is generic transmission code, transmission malfunction.. Have it read with a scanner to find the exact code. p0562 is battery voltage is low. Check positive and negative cables for corrosion and good connection. Also check the engine and body grounds. Make sure you have a engine to body strap/ground. They break. This could be the reason you're getting the p0700 code.

04 2.7 intrepid wont start .p0344 p0700 p0562

P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Intermittent

P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction

P0562 System Voltage Low

I would start with the P0562 issue. Check the battery voltage - it should be at a minimum of 12 volts (DC). You can try charging the battery with a trickle charger overnight and if the voltage does not come up to 12 volts then you should replace the battery. If it comes up to 12 volts then try starting it up if it starts you should get the alternator checked out at a garage. A simple alternator check is measuring the voltage at the battery you should get between 13.2 to 18.2 volts when the vehicle is running. The low voltage may be the cause of the other two codes. If not the P0344 indicates you may need to replace the sensor or if the timing slipped you may need to replace the timing chain / belt. The P0700 could indicate a low fluid condition or it may mean take it to a transmission mechanic.
