It might be the emergency/parking brake that seized. I haven't move it for two weeks and it rained most of the time. I tried rocking it back and forth- it moved a bit but it just dragged the rear wheels as the skid marks in my driveway had shown. The parking brake lever is working okay since i can release and engage it in from inside the van...How do i unstuck the rear wheels?
Try to shoot some WD-40 into the sheath that the cables slide in. Shoot it where the sheath ends at the back of the hub. Then work the cables by applying and releasing the brake. If they don't release, try pulling and working the sheath at the hub while adding more WD-40.

The problem isn't at your brake calipers. Your rotors have a slight warp to them causing your vibration when you stop.

take rear wheels off and find the cable and bang it free or get under the car and look for the cable and try to pull it free if you get it off dont use it again!

I had the same problem with a differnt type of car. I replaced everything and it still locked up. It was the emergency brake cable sticking.

hi this sounds like you might have rear brake drum internal problems, does the parking brake work ok? what might of happened is that one of the brake shoes inside the drum/disk might have thrown its covering and has gone around inside the drum and locked the wheel up like the parking brake is on there really isn't anything else to go wrong that would cause that, you will need to remove the rear disk/drum if you can, as it could really be any internal part broken like a spring or the self adjuster...hope this helps please vote
