Turn signals are in the flasher and it is located on the driver side below the dash (where the buzzer is located). It is a cylinder type relay. You will find two, one for the hazzard lights and the other for the signals.

You can find instructions for doing this in any half decent manual. One thing they usually don't tell you is when removing the large axle nut on the end, it helps to put a spare tire on with no center cap and with the vehicle on the ground, break that nut free before starting the job. without air tools, it's next to impossible to remove it when jacked up.

Unfortunately for you you will be needing a cluster assembly. It will have to be programmed by a dealer.

probably will not say radio it will probably listed as an accessory fuse usually about 20 amp in the one under the dash.
