A honda city i.dsi 2003 model 8 valves and 8 spark plugs
If you find that your Honda city 2020 is idling and unable to increase speed, it may be because the clutch plates are severely worn and slipped. At this time, you need to repair the clutch.
U need the valve in the Honda city idsi model....or else it wud give u problems....so have it fixed first with a honda genuine spare and check for other issues

It does sound like the thermostat. The sensor does not control the thermostat in any way, it only reads the temperature of the coolant. Your symptoms are classic of a thermostat that is stuck open or partially open. Take it back and tell them what is going on and have them show you that the thermostat is fine.
SOURCE: how to remove valve cover gasket on a 1998 honda accord
try removing the bolts hold on the valve cover and once you do that take a razor blade and a little lube and careful scrape the old one off.
SOURCE: 1990 HONDA ACCORD VALVE COVER SEALS.
They go UNDER the valve cover in the slight recesses around the plug holes(might use a dab of RTV sealant to keep them in place, or do so by adhering them to the recesses in the valve cover itself, making sure to let the sealant dry a bit so they do not fall out when you put the valve cover in place), NOT down in the plug holes from the top as some people seem to think.
Hope this helps you.

SOURCE: coolant doesn't heat up!
the temp sensor just tells you the temp of the coolant and it controlls the coolant fan to turn on and off at a certain temperature........have you check for coolant leeaks???
