You'll have to drop the tank to find out, it could be the filler hose or one of the hoses connected to the fuel sender assembly. Another possiblity is if you mounted something in the bed section with self tapping screws you may have punctured the tank.
check your transmission fluid first.when full of fluid it should shift right.any problems, get stuck maybe? just all of sudden no reverse?will give you two solutions that may help.1st check your fluid,if low top it off with lucas transmission treatment which will free up any stuck valves it the transmission. you can find the lucas at autozone or advance auto for abot $11.00 a bottle but well worth the investment.if not low on fluid, disconnect the positive cable from battery for 10minutes this will reset the entire computer system.if this does'nt help suggest you change transmission fluid and filter and still add the lucas treatment to it.and if none of these solutions help, sorry it will need to go to the shop.thank you for choosing fixya.com and wish you the very best of luck!

run engine to operating temp then check your fluid and check it while engine running. I hope you are meaning trans fluid. This is the only way to get accurate reading
