Timing belt marks on a 2001 susuki 5.5 engine

great post. but what car is this? no car stated.
suzuki dont have a 5.5 liter engine , not yet. a 3.6.
see name on car, post name.
open hood , look up see that EPA tag, tell you engine size and name.

my wild guess is a 2.5L H25, engine, V6 , just like mine?
nah , mine has a chain.

here is the list. pick one.
also stating the country of this car, is a bonus,, as things vary.

Where are the timing marks on a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero?

Need to Know what SIZE Engine to give this Internal Technical Info to you. Externaly The Crank Sensor picks it up from Harmonic Ballancer and so there are NO EXTERNAL Marks Nor Does the Manufacturer Provide this Info
There is a 2.4L DOHC Engine and there is a PROCEDURE Rather than MARKS on the 2.4L and Requires you to Fallow EACH STEP EXACTLY and in a Very Long Texting . But On the> 3.4L Engine and INTERNALY on the 3.4L the Marks Alighn With #1 @ TDC CAM Mark is STRAIGHT DOWN and the CRANK MARK is SRTAIGHT UP < This is Internal marks on the 3.4L Engine
GM does not provide timing chain timing marks, or information to perform timing chain service without the special tools shown in the timing chain service procedure

What do I have to remove to get the alternator out of my 2001 Sus

Hey what? should be pretty much the same on any car.

There will be one bolt on it for locking the tensioner bolt. Loosen that. Then you can unwind the tensioner bolt.. you'll see it moving towards the motor as you undo it... that slackens the belt off so you can remove the belt.

After that, you can either undo the bracket from the block (obvious when you look) or undo the bolts from the bracket to the alternator.

Unplug the battery first!!

Transmision level fluid Baleno esteem 2002 susuki

The proper fluid level is marked on the dip stick. With the engine running and in park, raise the hood and remove the dip stick from the autotrans filler tube. With a clean rag, wipe down the stick and then place the dip stick all the way back in the tube again, and then pull it out once more.
Holding the stick level, you can now read what the fluid level is.

If you add any fluid, do so in small amounts, such as a half a pint at a time.

Do not add fluid with engine running.
