The first thing I would check is your fuses in your fuse box.It sounds like one or more may have blown.Check your car manual for location and see if they are good.If the wire inside is broken you need to replace the fuse with THE SAME SIZE FUSE!!! Hope this helps!
The Aztek is fraught with mysterious electrical issues. Often the problems are resolved after replacing the ignition switch. Searching online I found a case where the wiring harness was not installed correctly at the left front motor mount and motor vibrations caused the harness to wear prematurely and became the source of intermittent electrical malfunctions.
If the problems change after you rotate the ignition switch on and off a few dozen times then likely the ignition switch is the cause. If this doesn't affect the problem, inspect the wiriing harness in the area of the left (driver's side) front motor mount.
Your BCM Body Control Module is not working right. Is the security/service vehicle soon light on. It controls radio, ac, lights, windows and keyless entry system. Hope this helps it helped for my 02 Buick Rendezvous. I went to my local salvage yard and removed the BCM and radio because if you install a new BCM the radio will be locked so grab the radio while you're there and it should work like a charm good luck.
