Where is a knock sensor for 2000 mercury villager located?

It is under the lower intake manifold in the valley of the engine. You must remove the cross over coolant tube to gain access to the knock sensor. It bolts into the cylinder head. Good luck

I JUST BOUGHT A VILLAGER 2 DAYS AGO AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THIS MORNING WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE FOR THIS?

go to autozone & get codes read for free. report back codes before buying any parts.
Ignore knock sensor codes unless you have $6900 to throw away.
