How fo i remove the lighter sockrt in a mitsubishi L200

They are normally hidden up under the dash near the interior fuse box. This job is best undertaken by an alarm installer.

look inside the socket coin fall into the socket

Lighter sockets are held in by a sleeve that is threaded to the socket.
You can look at a new socket to get a visual. You would need to gain access to the back side of the socket to remove the sleeve and pull the socket out from the front.

Remove the screws that attach the lense to the truck. Twist the bulb hold from the backside and remove the bulb. Installation is the reverse.
