P0140 - 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
The causes for a P0140 code are few and unless the wire/s has been damaged, replacing the sensor is usually the smartest thing to do.

I need a list of trouble codes for 1994 deville

Hi Kevin:

THis is a list of all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) for OBD I equipped GM vehicles: DTC OBD I (look under Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Codes (Engine/Transmission) / Engine Control Module (ECM) Codes

Turn your key to run position or start your car hold the off and warmer buttons for 3 seconds and your codes will be displayed below your speed, they come pretty fast so if you cant keep up just press off again and they will be displayed again turn your key to off to exit.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

2006 trailblazer i6 engine has the trouble code Po601 does anyone know what it means? .. i think its the P.C.M. but im not sure. thanks

It's a very strange code. It shows up in the generic "all manufacturer" code list as "P0601 Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error"
Here's a complete list and you can see the GM specific codes on that site as well.
