when you pop the hood there is too flat bars that hold the whole headlamp in you can see the wen looking down at te lights

IF THERE ARE 2 PRONG OR TAB LOOKING THINGS IN THE PISTON THEN THE PISTONS NEED TO BE SCREWED IN TO MOVE BACKWARDS TO ALLOW BRAKE PAD TO FIT..DO NOT COMPRESS THEM WITH A C-CLAMP OR IT IS BAD..ANY AUTO PARTS STORE CAN LOOK AT THIS AND TELL YOU FOR SURE..SREW TO THE RIGHT TO COMPRESS

There should be several clipps around the glass. It has been a few years since I did my 67. You should be able to press down and wiggle the trim till it pops onto the clipps. The trim has a small groved edge on the back that the clipps grab onto. Then you slide the other trim parts together and press and wiggle them onto the clipps. Hope that helps.
