Put GM P0341 into Google are watch a few films on it on Youtube. It seems to be common. The wiring connector may be your problem. You'll need a multi-function meter to see if that's it. Fluke makes good one for not much money.
Most likely its the throttle position sensor. Gm is having a fit with them on the 5.3 engines. What your seeing with the stabilitrac/traction control is common. Try this as a test. Take off the negative battery cable for about 2-3 minutes, let the ECM dump its memory, hook it up and try it. If it comes out of limp mode, its probably the sensor. Unfortunately, It likely will go back into limp-home after a short drive. GM has had a "campaign" on those, and was replacing them free for a while. Good Luck !
Not vacumm controlled anymore.Hard shifts are caused by high line pressure. you may have a trouble code stored in the computer and transmissions code back then did not always turn the check engine light on.A stored code will trigger high line pressure.You could have a bad force motor and this was common for 93 and 94, infact gm changed the solenoid and you will need to buy the late design if needed.I would start by having a shop pull the codes.
