SOURCE: Jeep 2008 unlimted trailer wiring

http://www.etrailer.com/instructions.aspx?pn=118416

Also MOPAR has a similar wiring solution
take a look at the instructions --the visual description is better in the MOPAR manual

SOURCE: No dash lights 1995 Jeep.

Look for fuse panel under or either side of dash. Another location may be similar in engine bay.
Fuses probably labelled. Available at motor shops, garages etc.
If out of your experience then probably not expensive to ask auto electrician where to look. Many are cooperative and may tell over the phone or counter.

Cant get running lights to work on trailer

you need a ground wire also..add a ground and it should work.. trailer wiring is like this..white/ground..brown/tail..yellow/brake..and two greens a lighter one for left signal and a darker one for right.. find each one seperately on the jeep because these colors wont match it..and hook them up independently before taping the whole thing up..be checking and adding heavier fuses like 25 or 30 amp due to the extra wire load..

You checked to make sure you didn't blow all the bulbs at once?
If your front park lights work, then the headlight switch is probably alright.
You may have a taillight relay in your fusebox. Check the owner's manual. It may show it.

Hi. The trailer has a shot in the wiring and blew your Jeep lights. Check for fuse in fuse box near battery or inside Jeep under dash and replace it.

Went in the ditch and now the tail lights and dash lights don't work. Changed out fuse and now brake lights work but others still don't Any advice?

you are going to have to get under it and start looking for ripped wires or damaged wires. also check around your trailer hook ups. dont know what type of ditch you hit or how you went in or how it was pulled out. if you went through some sapling trees or brush you could have torn up wires. if you blew a fuse then you had to short out wires. if tail went in first then trailer connector is a good place to start.

Directional lights and marker lights and dash and radio all come on with brake lights

You have a bad ground wire problem somewhere. The hot wire to the brake lights is back feeding into the other wires. My be in the taillights. I have seen people install a trailer light hook up plug and wire it wrong also that will make this happen. Good luck!

You likely need diode isolators on the turn signal wiring on the trailer, or on vehicle side connector. Your local auto parts store should have what you need, and show you how to install them.
