SOURCE: Where is the horn relay located on a 95 jeep grand cherokee?

On my 95 Jeep Cherokee Laredo, the horn relay is in a compartment under the glove box. Open the glove box and remove the three screws in the front on the bottom. Take the plastic cover out and you'll see a bank of relays. The horn relay is the one on the far left, closest to you.

When i open the door of my 1994 jeep grand Cherokee the illumination relay clicks repeatedly the radio does not work and the information center does not work

I would try finding all the ground wires on the vehicle and cleaning them to make sure they are getting a good ground. 12 volt systems are very sensitive to bad grounds. I seriously doubt that turning on the light had anything to do with it, but a bad ground could give low voltage to the radio, relays, etc. and make them turn on and off. The more things you turn on the more the bad connection will give problems. I hope this helps.

Horn doesnt work on 95 grand cherokee

This is a very common problem on the jeep, in fact I have just replaced mine. If the horn relay clicks as you have already said then the horns themselves are most likely the problem. Look up under the front fender next to the radiator just forward of the passenger wheel; the horns are there. Remove them, only one bolt hold both and try them on a battery, if they don't beep change them, they are about $30 for the pair.
