Car has loud whine in drive between 60kph to 115kph when car is accelerating under load down hill noise not so loud

Could be a valve lifter clicking or tapping and you can use lucas oil stabalizer, or it is a pulley ticking.

Could be a possible break down of the plug wires. Seems that I remember hearing if your plug wires are breaking down inside and if its up against the motor you can hear something that sounds like interference in your radio. Just a thought, might want to check it out.

I'd check the U-joints first. Then, check for low gear oil level in the gear box.
Also examine it by draining the gear oil to see if it has any metal fragments in it.
If it does, you probably have a bad bearing or something else coming apart.
