SOURCE: front end of my 87 jeep cherokee shakes bad when i hit a bump

May check your ball joints and tie rods. Also could be your shocks.
Does it seem like its more shaking on the left or right? or even?

SOURCE: 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Creaks over bumps

Just start at the front and lube every thing that has a lube fitting. Make sure that you lube all the drive lines. this should stop your creaks.

SOURCE: The front end shakes badly when going over a bump

That and other bushings and idler arms worn. I would suggest a free inspection somewhere for them to show you what needs repaired.

If it is new take it back to the dealler for warranty repair. No new vehicle should have any noises . seriously, take it back for repair.

Squeaking noise bump

High probability that it is the strut mounts, they don't have a very high life cycle. Very difficult to test while mounted.Creaking might just be a dry suspension, but the bumping noise definitely good indication of those strut mountings. You could check if fastening them more on the chassis makes any difference. Quick and accurate diagnosis if you can drop by suspension people.

Ford ka creaking on drivers side when driving over bumps in road or turning

Is this a suspension creak, or a door creak?

Components which you haven't had changed are:

bottom suspension arms
Anti roll bar links

Also lubricate your door lock mechanism, hinges and window rubbers as these can cause creaks from time to time.

You might want to check the ball joint. None of them have grease zerks and can dry out. They will cause a noise when turning or hitting a bump, if really bad. Hope this helps.

I have taken my 2003 GMC Envoy in to a GM dealer more than 6 times to be repaired for a very loud creaking noise in the front end. When I brake, the creaking noise starts. Or if I go over a bump, the...

My wife drives a 2003 GMC Envoy and has been complaining about this same creaking noise upon breaking or going over speed humps. I researched this topic on the internet high and low and tried everything I read to no avail. I was about to give up and then realized it could be the motor mounts since when you break or go over bumps the engine does have some movement. Sprayed the most interesting looking motor mounts I've ever seen with silicone spray and the noise was gone! My wife has been complaining for years about this noise and now looking back what a simple solution!. By the way my motor mounts where not worn out, the rubber portion of the mount just needed a little lube.
