Looking for wiring diagram for drivers side window switch for a proton savvy 2006 my window goes down not .wanting to by pass switch via linking the correct connections on cable plug .then if it works...

Not familiar with this car, but first you have to find the power wire to the switch-that will be one end of your jumper wire. Use a test light clipped to ground, turn key to on, and probe all the wire cavities till you find the hot wire to switch. Now pull out on the electrical connector and see if you can see the two wires going down to driver's door motor. Then see where they connect to the connector. When you touch the jumper wire end to one, it will be for either up or down, and the other motor wire when connected to hot jumper wire will be the opposite, either down or up.
If window is all the way up, jumping hot to up side will make no noise, and cause nothing. So you try the other motor wire to see if motor makes window go down. See, you have to jump hot wire to both to verify the motor works or not.

Freightliner wiring diagram

all you need to do is check if power window motor, and switch is good.
to do this unhook socket of window motor you see 2 pins for up and down , ground window motor body to car body find hot wire from car or + from battery touch to one of the pins if the motor runs your switch is bad if motor does not run replace motor.

Power windows inoperative

what is extra power, what is C/S???

ever seen a voltmeter. for $10 at walfart. end guessing
discover volts. put volts in you life.
the battery is 12.6vdc charged, is it ?(rested volts)
do you get 12vdc to the motor, active.?????
i bet not. ! i bet like 6v based on "extra power, statment" Hot wired is the correct word. hot wired. all motors can be tested hot wired.

and the point of voltage drop is BAD> (resistive)
its that easy.

at the low voltage of the motor, pins, backup on the wire
point by point and when it goes to 12v active , 1inch from here, is bad wire, connector or switch,.
its RESISTIVE> and bad.

this is called voltage drop testing, google that for zillion hits

Power window motor messed up it will control all windows in the car but the drivers side

You say you checked all of the wiring. Each window is powered by a motor in that door. Each switch is independent of the others.
Did you check for power and ground at the driver's switch ?

My window is automatic and my diver side window rolled down and now will not role uo. how can i get the window up

well u need to pop out switch for window and test for a hot lead red wire, use a cheap test light they work fine ,hook clip to a good ground and touch leads (wires) with tip and it will light up when u hit a hot circuit. if u get a hot lead then u will have to pull door panel and test motor.if motor has no power than its the switch, if motor has hot wire then its the motor gone bad and u won't be able to raise motor untill u remove window motor from track , most times u have to remove three rivets by drilling out. hopefully switch is bad and u can bypass switch with a piece of wire from hot lead to hot lead on motor.
